Rental Terms & Conditions
Requirements:
-We do offer Delivery and Pick up for any 3 plus days boat rentals ONLY for an additional fee of $250. This option MUST be added at the time of your booking.NO LAST MINUTE DELIVERY REQUEST, NO EXCEPTIONS! Delivery times are determined by Rock Outdoors LLC. Renters and anyone that will be operating the vessel are required to be present at the delivery dock with a valid driver’s license and boater’s license upon delivery. All pick-ups are scheduled for 3:00pm on the final day of your rental, NO EXCEPTIONS. A $25 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes that you are late to the dock, if you have NOT notified us in advance of any conflicts. You are responsible for making sure that the boat is full of gas, completely ready for inspection and the renter is to be present at the dock for all inspections.
After the rental time is complete and the vessel is returned in the same condition that it is left and is full of gas with final gas receipt present, deposit will be deducted from the final Rental Invoice.

Prior to arrival
Departure:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to rent a jet ski; must be 21 years of age or older to rent a pontoon boat.
- To comply with Virginia and North Carolina Wildlife laws, ALL renters MUST have a boater's license. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- ALL renters MUST have a valid driver's license.

- $500 non-refundable deposit per vessel required to confirm your booking.
- We do accept walk-ins if we have availability; however, we do recommend booking ahead.
- Rental is confirmed once a $500 deposit is received. Renters will receive confirmation in their text and email.

Prior to arrival

Departure:
- Come to 417 Lizard Creek Rd., Littleton, NC 27850.
- Anyone wanting to operate the vessel will need to be present at departure with a valid driver's license and/or boater's license on hand.
- Departure hours are to be scheduled between 8:30am-10:00am for full day and multi-day rentals. Call ahead for any conflicts with these hours to notify us of your arrival.
- There is a $25 late fee per 30 minutes that you are late for your scheduled pick up, if you have NOT notified us in advance.
- Upon arrival, renters will fill out contracts and watch a short instructional video, then will be taken out to our docks for further rental operation instructions.
- The vessel will be full of gas, and you will be set to go.
- Return is 4:30pm. There is a $25 late fee for every 15 minutes you are late returning the vessel.
- Gas is not included, therefore we ask that renters return the boat full, or we charge $8.50 a gallon.
- If the vessel is returned in the same condition that it is left, deposit will be deducted from the final rental invoice.
- Renters are asked to examine their vessel before leaving.
- A designated employee of Rock Outdoors will take pre-departure and return pictures of the vessel, both renter and employee will sign off on any pre or post rental damage findings.
- The boat should return in the same condition in which it departed. If it does not the renter shall be responsible for all damage and the deposit will be held until such time as the damage is assessed.
- The TWO largest parts of the boats that are susceptible to damage are the propellers and the Bimini top.
Make sure to always lower the Bimini top at all bridges. Make sure you do not hit the ground with the propeller. - Pets are allowed but you will be responsible for any damage. Please keep pets off the seats of the boat.
- Please do not cut, mark, tear or dirty any parts of the boat or you will be responsible for all said damage.
